Zuzanna Staniszewska

Zuzanna Staniszewska (PhD) is an Assistant Professor at Kozminski University in Warsaw and a Research Associate and Visiting Scholar in the Work and Human Relations Department at ESCP Business School in Paris. She earned her PhD as a double degree between Kozminski University and ESCP. Following her doctoral studies, she held a postdoctoral position at the Institute for Inclusive Leadership and Management, also based in Paris. Her research focuses on inclusive leadership, gender equality, and women in organizations. She combines a background in strategic management and psychology in management, working at the intersection of leadership studies and organizational behavior. Beyond academia, she works with organizations to embed research-based insights into leadership and organizational practices.
