Yang Yue

I am enrolled on the Wellcome Trust-funded EDESIA PhD programme, working on a project which looks at the impact of anthocyanin-enriched food on gut and brain health, and this is in collaboration with experts from John Innes Centre, Quadram Institute, and UEA Medical School.
