Win Brown is a social demographer specializing in the application and improvement of measurement research to global population and reproductive health programs. Win brings a social science perspective to public health practice, with an emphasis on exploring ways to enhance the production, interpretation, and use of good data. Win has served and contributed to the field from multiple vantage points, including donor agencies, international non-governmental organizations, academia, and philanthropic foundations. He received his bachelor’s degree (Arabic Language & Literature) from Georgetown University and his MS (City & Regional Planning) and PhD (Population & Development Program) from Cornell University.
