Dr Tse Leng Tham, is Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Management at RMIT University. She has a keen interest in the use of effective HRM practices in promoting workplace well-being and in overcoming associated challenges arising from the changing landscape and dynamics of workplaces. Tse Leng is involved in research projects which are centred around workplace well-being and a heavy emphasis on industry linkages -such as the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation, Master Builders and the Australian Antarctic Division. Her current research interests are in psychological contracts, voice/silence, and more generally, workplace well-being and climate.
