Stephen Graw

A lawyer and the author or co-author of numerous legal textbooks and papers, mainly in the areas of contract, commercial and taxation law, he is a former Head of the School of Law at James Cook University and Chair of the Council of Australian law Deans. He has taught in China, Hong Kong and New Zealand and has practical experience in the private and public sectors as well as experience as a Board member of both government owned corporations and not for profit organisations.
