Sam Hampton

I an environmental social scientist working at both the Environmental Change Institute, University of Oxford, and the Institute for Sustainability and Climate Change, University of Bath.

My research involves understanding how to enable and encourage more individuals and businesses to adopt low-carbon practices, and to promote the diffusion of these through their respective networks. To do this, I work with climate advocates embedded in communities such as business networks, charities and communities such as parent groups, the Women's Institute and sports clubs.
