Patricia is an attention researcher at Macquarie University, where she is completing her PhD in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience.
Patricia's passion lies in teaching and research. She has a rich background in delivering class-based tutoring for students in early childhood, high school and tertiary education. Through her research, she aims to find out how we can use principles of cognitive science to improve the delivery of content to maximise learning, and increase student engagement in STEM courses. Her other research interests include procedural learning systems, and working memory.
