Nigel Hamilton

I have published 26 books – biography, memoir and history – that have been translated into 17 languages. I have also taught biography and history at the following universities: Royal Holloway, University of London, De Montfort University, and University of Massachusetts Boston.

I am currently Senior Fellow in the McCormack Graduate School at UMass Boston. My last book, "The Mantle of Command: FDR at War, 1941-1942" (Houghton Mifflin), was longlisted for the 2014 National Book Award. My most recent book, "Commander in Chief: FDR's Battle with Churchill, 1943," will be published in June 2016.
