Mollie O'Hanlon is an Academic Associate in Exercise physiology and Sports Nutrition. She currently teaches on 1st year Introduction to port and Exercise Physiology, 1st year Foundation Nutrition and 2nd Year Sports and Exercise nutrition.

Mollie is a Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Sport and Exercise Science at Nottingham Trent University (NTU). Her research primarily focuses on female neuromuscular physiology. Specifically, investigating the relationship between the predominant female sex hormones, Oestrogen and Progesterone, on neuromuscular function across the menstrual cycle. Additionally, she is also interested in the menopause transition and the relationship with the neuromuscular system and healthy ageing.
