Miguel Morillas is a sociologist and organizational scholar, and currently postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University. He holds a PhD in Management and Organization from the Stockholm School of Economics. His work tries to understand how organizations adapt to increasingly culturally and ethnically diverse societies, and how human migration shapes organizations. He has been postdoctoral researcher at University of Copenhagen and visiting researcher at Copenhagen Business School. His work has appeared in internationally recognized journals such as Management Learning, The International Journal of Human Resource Management and Comparative Migration Studies. He was born and raised in Peru.
