Melissa Nevarez Brewster, MA, is a sixth-year developmental psychology graduate student at the University of Denver. She completed her BS at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. She is interested in learning more about prenatal maternal health and its effects on offspring health and development. Melissa specifically investigates the role prenatal maternal sleep plays in shaping maternal and offspring outcomes. When she is not in the lab, she enjoys baking, hiking, paddle boarding, rock climbing and cuddling her dog and son.
