Meg A. Warren

Dr. Meg A. Warren is a Professor of Management (tenured) at Western Washington University. She is a researcher, keynote speaker, author, and social-organizational psychologist with expertise in allyship and wellbeing. Her award-winning research explores how individuals can rise as effective allies to marginalized communities. She has authored 60+ articles and book chapters and edited 2 books.

Dr. Warren has conducted research or advised projects in 10+ countries. Through raw and powerful true stories -- from STEM professionals and blue-collar workers in North America, to child soldiers in Congo, descendants of indentured laborers in Fiji, and landlords in the slums of Kenya -- she explores how allyship and well-being unfold across diverse contexts and cultures.

Dr. Warren is a Faculty Affiliate at the Center for Positive Organizations, University of Michigan, and has served as a Visiting Fellow at the University of South Pacific, Fiji, and a Visiting Scholar at CFK Africa, Kenya. Her leadership roles include the Founding President of the Work & Organizations Division of the International Positive Psychology Association, Co-Founder of the Western Positive Psychology Association, and Co-Editor of the International Journal of Wellbeing.
