Dr. Matthew Lees is a postdoctoral researcher with specialisms in muscle physiology, aging, nutrition, and physical activity. His passions lie in leveraging whole-body and cellular methods to answer important questions in human health and wellbeing. Presently, his research investigates the impact of nutrition and exercise on the regulation of skeletal muscle mass in youth and aging. His other areas of interest include frailty, immune function, and body composition in sport and health.
