Dr. Matthew Ahmadi is an Associate Professor of Digital Health at Monash University's Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health, School of Psychological Sciences, and Victorian Heart Institute.
He is an Associate Editor for the British Journal of Sports Medicine, the Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport, and the Journal for the Measurement of Physical Behaviour. He is also on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Physical Activity and Health and the International Journal of Behavioural Nutrition and Physical Activity.
He is an EMCR affiliate of the ProPASS (Prospective Physical Activity, Sitting, and Sleep Consortium) working group. Matthew's research focuses on the measurement of lifestyle behaviours, and the relationships between physical activity, sedentary behaviour, sleep, and non-communicable diseases throughout the lifecourse.
