Louis Volante

Louis Volante (PhD) is a Distinguished Professor at Brock University and a Professorial Fellow at UNU-MERIT / Maastricht Graduate School of Governance.

His research is focused on the global education governance, international achievement surveys and policy diffusion, political economy of education, comparative policy analysis, and impact evaluation of policies and programmes.

A frequent invited speaker, Professor Volante has worked as an advisor and evaluator for international organizations and governments around the world. He primarily teaches courses in education policy, educational leadership, educational change, and organizational learning.
