Lisa is a lecturer in Learning, Teaching and Curriculum at the University of Wollongong. She has extensive experience as an educator in a career in which she has taught at all levels from kindergarten to high school to higher education. In her doctoral work Lisa investigated how self-regulated learning strategies could support student transition to a problem-based learning curriculum in medical education. Her current research continues to build on her interest in understanding the experiences of staff and students in the higher education to forward knowledge of effective teaching and learning practice.
