Leonard Glab Frontera

Associate Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and founder and researcher at G-LAB-2B, an independent non-profit organisation for applied research. Areas of work include intercultural cooperation, communication, crisis and conflict management, peacebuilding and mediation, combining academic research, field-based case studies, teaching, science communication and journalism, with regional experience in Europe, West Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia.

+ At Universitat Pompeu Fabra, teaching includes the subject Intercultural Cooperation and Transformational Change, focused on cooperation, communication and decision-making in culturally diverse and changing environments.

+ Academic and applied work also includes the Sustainable Decision Finder (SDF/BDS), developed at UPF as a methodology for collective decision-making in diverse groups and recognised as an innovative teaching practice.
