My name is Kunhao Yang, and I am currently a PhD researcher at the Department of Law, European University Institute (EUI). My research focuses on EU-China legal relations, with a particular interest in the global reach of EU law in China.
Besides, I am a qualified lawyer in China and received my legal education in Beijing, where I obtained both my LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from leading law schools in China. Since 2023 I have been conducting my doctoral research in the Law Department of the EUI. I have published academic articles, blog posts and book chapters on EU external relations law, international economic law, and EU-China relations.
