My research interests include professional identities and cultures; role and career transitions (including international student transition into UK HEIs); leading organisational change and the future of work.

I am currently teaching at MSc level, on the MSc Human Resource Management programme, at UG Level 6 on 'Leadership & Management' and on external modules for professionals.
