Dr Kathryn Page is an Adjunct Professor, management consultant, coach, author, speaker, and thought leader in the area of work, leadership, and mental health.

Kat's early research focused on defining and measuring workplace wellbeing, before the term was the popular concept it is today. Early in her career she played an integral role in creating the integrated approach to workplace mental health - now considered the global standard for mental health at work and adopted internationally by the ILO and WHO.

Since leaving full-time academia, Kat has held a number of senior leadership roles in industry, consulted globally to the likes of the United Nations and Rio Tinto on leadership, inclusion, and psychological safety, and has been a member of Movember’s Global Advisory Committee on men’s mental health.

Kat is working full-time on her third book, which focuses on providing practical strategies for leaders to own and drive well-being in life, work and everything in between. She is regularly asked to speak on these topics to corporates, universities, professional bodies, and mainstream media.
