Karen Charlton, a Fellow of Dietitians Australia and a registered public health nutritionist, is a Professor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle. Her research interests include diet and lifestyle interventions across the lifespan. She holds an ARC Future Fellowship for a project to transform a regional food system to be more healthy, equitable and sustainable.
