I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at Memorial University of Newfoundland with a PhD in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour and an MA in Economics. My research explores how artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation are reshaping work, organizations, and the workforce.

My work sits at the intersection of organizational behaviour, human resource management, and labour market analysis. I study how technological change influences employee well-being, career sustainability, workforce participation, retirement, and organizational effectiveness, with a particular interest in older workers, workforce resilience, and inclusive workplaces. More recently, my research has expanded to examine the impact of AI and automation in Canada's extractive industries, focusing on workforce transformation, future skill requirements, and evidence-based policy.

I use quantitative, qualitative, and evidence synthesis methods to generate research that is both theoretically rigorous and practically relevant. My goal is to translate complex research into actionable insights that inform organizational practice, workforce strategy, and public policy.
