Dr. Joseph Yaw Asomah is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Sociology and Criminology, University of Manitoba, Canada. He has also taught at St. Thomas University and the University of Saskatchewan. His research focuses on governance, corruption, criminology, and criminal justice. His work has appeared in leading academic journals, including Third World Quarterly, Youth Justice, Democratization, Current Sociology, Journal of Developing Societies, Journalism Practice, and Crime, Law and Social Change.
