José María Biedma-Ferrer

José María Biedma Ferrer is Associate Professor in the Department of Business Organisation at the University of Cadiz. PhD in Law from the National University of Distance Education (UNED), Degree in Law from the University of Cadiz and Degree in Political Science from the UNED. He is director of the Aula Universitaria Skål of the UCA. He has been coordinator of the Master's Degree in Tourism Management. He has presented numerous papers and communications in national and international congresses related to the topic of human resources and entrepreneurship. He is also the author of numerous books, book chapters and articles in national and international journals of recognised prestige on these topics. In recent years he has published articles related to the tourism sector on responsible human resources management policies in international impact journals. He has participated in OTRI contracts and in European research project. She has directed several teaching innovation projects related to the subject Management Skills, corresponding to the Master in Tourism Management. She has extensive management experience in the financial sector.
