Jimmy is a Lecturer in Dietetics at the University of Sydney. His doctoral studies deal with aspects of glycaemic index and gestational diabetes but he has a wider interest in nutrition and chronic diseases. Jimmy is experienced in conducting laboratory based studies, short term acute feeding trials, randomized controlled trials, as well as nutritional epidemiological analyses.
