Jessy is currently working toward her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Calgary. Her doctoral dissertation focuses on how mothers' experiences of adversity and subsequent parenting behaviors influence parent-child relationships. Her research focuses on how maternal adversity, parent-child relationships, and parenting influence child mental health and social-emotional development. She has completed her M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology.
