Jeffrey Yip

Jeffrey Yip is an Associate Professor of Management and Academic Director of the Executive MBA program at the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University. He is also the H. Smith Richardson Jr. Fellow at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). He teaches leadership in the Executive MBA and executive programs, including AI-Empowered Leadership and the Technology Leadership Program.

His research and writing have appeared in the Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, Psychology Today, and leading management journals. His HBR article “Are You Really a Good Listener?” was named a Top 10 Must-Read Article on Communication.
