Elise Thérèse Gisèle Dehont

I graduated with a Master’s degree in Ocean Dynamics and Marine Ecosystem Management in 2025, after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences. I have experience analysing marine ecosystem structure and spatial connectivity using modelling approaches. My previous research focused on developing ecosystem and connectivity models to assess biodiversity patterns, trophic interactions, and the resilience of coral reef ecosystems. I have worked with international research teams and have experience processing ecological datasets, running simulation models, and evaluating ecosystem responses to environmental change.

During my PhD, I am developing an Ecopath with Ecosim model of the Central Arctic Ocean, integrating data generated at the Tara Polar Station to investigate trophic structure, seasonal dynamics, and ecosystem sensitivity to environmental change within the new SEDNA project.
