My research interests include examining if, how, and when external oppression, internalized oppression, traditional/restrictive gender role socialization processes, and culture influence individual experience and psychological and relational health among members of marginalized groups. I also examine positive identity, resilience, activism, and well-being despite the challenges associated with a marginalized status.
