David is a recent graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During his time at UF Law, he competed nationally as a member of the Florida Moot Court Team and the Florida Trial Team and worked as a researcher for the Brechner Center for Freedom of Information assisting its director on a wide variety of issues in First Amendment and public interest litigation. He also worked as a judicial clerk with judges on Florida’s 19th Judicial Circuit, the 8th Judicial Circuit Public Defender's Office, as an in-house law clerk with national utility company, and a nonprofit, public interest law firm where he worked on a variety of constitutional issues including student free-speech rights. David is a 2013 graduate of Florida State University, where he earned a B.S. in Political Science and History, and worked on the Florida Flambeau student newspaper.
