Gehrke holds a B.S. in Quantitative Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy, focusing on economic warfare and an M.A. in National Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, specializing in strategic decision-making, institutional cognition, and risk under uncertainty.
