Anna Molas

Dr. Anna Molas is Lecturer in anthropology at Monash University whose work focuses on reproduction, health, and society. Her research interests include reproductive studies, biotechnologies, and epigenetics, with particular attention to the global dynamics of expanding reproductive markets.

In recent years, she has conducted extensive research on the egg donation bioeconomy in Spain, a topic on which she has published widely. Her publications include the book Taming Egg Donors: The Egg Donation Reproductive Market in Spain (Palgrave, 2025), which was supported by the First Book Grant (2023) from the Independent Social Research Foundation (ISRF).
