Aaron L Nsakanda is a Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics at the Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. He also serves as the Coordinator of the Supply Chain Management Area Group and Director of the Centre for Sustainable Operations and Innovation. He is also an AdjunctProfessor at the University of South Africa. Dr. Nsakanda holds a Ph.D. Management Science and a Master in Operations and Production Management from Laval University, Québec, Cabada. His academic and professional work focuses broadly on the use of mathematical modeling, simulation, and data analytics to address complex challenges in operations and supply chain management. His research is rooted in real-world applications and aims to improve the efficiency, resilience, and sustainability of operations and supply chains across various sectors. His research has been supported by grants from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), among other organizations. He has published in leading peer-reviewed journals such as the European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society, International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Electronic Commerce Research, and Information Systems Frontiers.
