- Associate Professor of Forensic Psychology, University of Birmingham
I am an Associate Professor on the Forensic Psychology Practice Doctorate at the University of Birmingham, where I have worked for the past ten years. I supervise doctoral trainees on a wide range of projects, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Broadly speaking, my research focuses on risk and protective factors for offending, rehabilitation, and support for people in the criminal justice system. I also have an interest in dark humour, and an interest in how crime is portrayed in film and television.
