I am a Research Fellow at the Australian National University. Before that, I was a post-doctoral research fellow at Edith Cowan University (2017-2020), and a research scientist at the CSIRO (2004-2017).

My work applies social psychological theory to investigate how individuals, groups, and culture shape people’s responses to climate change and other environmental issues. I am especially interested in how group processes and social norms influence people’s attitudes and behaviours, and the role of collective action in ‘mainstreaming’ meaningful climate action.
