Zhenzhen Zhao

Zhenzhen Zhao received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Institut Mines-Télécom and Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris, France). She is currently an Associate Professor at SKEMA Business School (Grand Paris campus), where she leads the PGE Design Track, and has previously been a Visiting Researcher at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium) and Tsinghua University (China). Her research lies at the intersection of human–computer interaction (HCI) and management, with a focus on bringing HCI perspectives to marketing and innovation research by understanding and shaping online consumer behavior through platform design. Her research interests include virtual communities, value co-creation, mobile applications, and gamification. She teaches user experience design, creative content design, and design thinking, and her work has been published in the Journal of Interactive Marketing, Information & Management, and other leading academic outlets.
