I completed my PhD at the then SUNY at Stony Brook (now Stony Brook University) where I worked in the Decision Making and Choice Lab on animal models of self control. My current research interests lie in the broad areas of eating, body image and weight. I have a particular interest in the study of weight stigma and its effect on the lives of people living with higher weight.
