Xiaoxiao Hu

Xiaoxiao Hu is a Professor of Management at West Virginia University. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University. Her research primarily focuses on affective experiences and interpersonal dynamics in organizations. She is also interested in the role of artificial intelligence in the workplace and its intersection with employee emotions, relationships, and organizational behavior.
