Xiao Han has been working as an applied statistician at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy since 2015. He has been the lead statistician for the Philanthropy Panel Study and actively involved in a variety of projects including the Million Dollar List, Generosity for Life, Change in Giving Landscape, Declining Donors. He has published multiple peer-reviewed articles in journals such as The Oxford Journal of Economics, Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly, American Behavior Scientist. He holds an M.A in Applied Economics from University of Cincinnati.
