A survey of 10,000 public school teachers in NSW looked at how they felt about being at school at the end of term one, their thoughts on remote learning and their feelings about returning to school.
There are several things Australian schools can do, that involve encouraging better hygiene and social distancing. They could close too, but that’s not always necessary.
The novel coronavirus is not as contagious as SARS, yet public advice to schools and childcare centres is stronger. This doesn’t mean it’s medically necessary.
