William D. O'Connell

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Center for Political Economy at Columbia University. My research focuses on international finance, global governance, and the political economy of multinational corporations. My book project examines international efforts to end the "too-big-to-fail" problem after 2008. I received my PhD from the University of Toronto in 2024.
