Wei Yu

Dr. Wei Yu serves as an Assistant Professor within the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering and Management at the National University of Singapore. She has published in high-impact entrepreneurship and management journals such as the Strategic Management Journal, the Journal of Management, the Journal of Business Venturing, and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, among others. Additionally, she is a part of the editorial review board for both the Journal of Business Venturing and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice. Specializing in entrepreneurship and technology management, Dr. Yu's teaching at the National University of Singapore focuses on entrepreneurship, and the crucial role of human elements in the innovation process.
