I am a Masters of Education student from Thompson Rivers University and is currently working as a Research Assistant. I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education. Prior to this, I was an experienced elementary school teacher from Singapore and also served as the Subject Head of Mathematics.

My research interests include curriculum and assessment, educational leadership, and comparative education. My research project, Strengths-based Approaches in Education: Insights from British Columbia and Singapore, explores how strengths-based practices are implemented across different educational contexts. I have also presented as part of the panel at the British Columbia Teacher Education Network Conference 2025.
