Warwick Gullett is Professor of Law at the University of Wollongong and a member of the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security (ANCORS). His research interests focus on legal protection of the marine environment and the international law of the sea. He is Current Legal Developments editor for the Asia-Pacific Journal of Ocean Law and Policy. He previously served as Dean of Law. He completed degrees in Geography and Law at Monash University and a PhD at the Australian National University. He has held visiting appointments at National Sun Yat-sen University, National Taiwan Ocean University, Swansea University, Wuhan University, and York University. He was formerly Chair Professor at Xiamen University School of Law.
