Volha Litvinets, Ph.D., is a responsible AI strategist and digital ethics expert based in Paris. She works at Ernst & Young France, where she advises clients on AI risk, governance, and ethical frameworks. Litvinets holds a doctorate in AI ethics from Sorbonne University, as well as a diploma from INSEAD Business School. Her career spans academia, international policy, and industry consulting. She previously served as a research fellow at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs and interned at the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs, where she analyzed conventions on lethal autonomous weapons. Before pivoting to ethics, she worked in IT and digital marketing. Litvinets is an advocate for greater representation of women in AI, she is a regular voice at the intersection of technology, philosophy, and public accountability.
