Virgil Drãgușin

I am a trained geoscientist, having graduated Environmental Geography at the University of Bucharest, Romania. I am specialized in paleoenvironmental reconstructions using geochemical methods, mainly in stable isotope geochemistry. My favorite sources of information about past environments are cave sediments, but I work in open air sites as well, where I focus on stable isotope analyses of fossil fauna. I also work on landscape evolution using a broad range of geomorphological and geochronological tools to reconstruct how the relief changed through time.
