Alongside his research, he has delivered digital literacy, cybersecurity, and AI training across schools, libraries, and community groups, engaging directly with the public on issues of technology and society. He has also taught a wide range of computing and information systems subjects, from programming and software development to information security and project management, drawing on both academic research and practical project delivery experience.
