Associate Professor Vince Kelly is a leading sport and health scientist at Queensland University of Technology, where he leads the Skill, Sport Performance Research and Injury Group—better known as the SPRING Group. His work sits at the intersection of performance, recovery, and psychology, with a growing focus on how belief, expectation, and context shape human outcomes across the lifespan.

Vince has extensive experience working with elite athletes, high-performance practitioners, and health professionals, translating research into real-world impact. His research has attracted national attention, and he is a regular media commentator on sport science and performance for outlets including ABC Radio, 9 News, and The Sydney Morning Herald.
