Vanessa Naegels

I have a master's degree in Accountancy from the KU Leuven university in Belgium. I also have a second master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science in the UK. Currently I am in the final year of my PhD in Finance. My research deals with female entrepreneurs in emerging economies and the difficulties they encounter in financing their businesses. Before working as a PhD researcher I spent a month as a Trainee for the European Parliament both in Brussels and in Strasbourg.
