Valentina Azarova

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Centre for Global Public Law at Koç University, Istanbul, and a legal adviser to the Global Legal Action Network (GLAN), a collective that uses innovative legal actions to challenge abusive transnational governmental and corporate activities. My research looks at third state responsibility, the observance of international law and its social enforcement, with a focus on international human rights and humanitarian law. I have worked with local and international civil society with a focus on the Israel/Palestine context for close to a decade.
